Refund Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

14-day refund window

If Uquest isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, whether it's your first payment or a renewal.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact Paddle, our payment provider, at paddle.net within 14 days of your payment. You can also email support@uquest.app and we'll help.

If a refund is approved, access to your paid plan ends straight away.

Paddle reviews every request and may decline it where there's evidence of fraud or refund abuse, for example repeated refund requests, or creating new accounts to claim another refund.

Cancelling your subscription

Cancel any time from Manage subscription in the app. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Free trial

The free trial covers the food and workout trackers and needs no payment details.

Deleting your account

If you subscribed on the web, deleting your account stops your subscription from renewing, so you won't be charged again. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel there first: we can't cancel those subscriptions for you, and they'll keep billing you until you do.
