Find out why your weight isn't changing.
You track your food. You train. The number on the scale stays the same — or keeps going the wrong way. Uquest logs your workouts, meals and weight in one place. Q, the AI coach, reads all three together and tells you what the data actually shows.

Why progress stalls
Most of the time it comes down to one of three things — and they show up in the logs.
The calorie estimate is just that
Calorie targets start from a formula and your measurements. If your logs and your weight trend disagree, one of them is off. Q looks at both and explains the most likely reason.
Food is easy to underestimate
Oils, drinks, sauces and portion sizes add up, even when you're logging honestly. A week of logs shows where the gap usually is.
Daily weight is noise
Water, salt, sleep — one reading tells you almost nothing. A rolling weekly average tells you whether the trend is actually moving.
From scattered logs to a clear picture
The more honestly you log, the more Q has to work with. That's the whole loop.
Log the work
Food and macros, workouts — strength, running, cycling, swimming, sport and more — and your daily weight.
Q reads all three together
Q doesn't look at food or training or weight separately. It reads your real logs — sessions done, calories against target, weight trend — and looks for what's actually going on.
Get an honest weekly read
A written review every week with the one change worth making next. Premium adds a mid-week check-in while there's still time to act.
Log food, workouts and weight in one place
Log a meal in seconds and see your day against your targets. Log a workout with sets and reps, or just mark it done. Weigh in daily — weight is averaged across your readings so a heavy morning doesn't read as a setback.
- Calories and macros, with daily totals against your goal
- Strength, cardio, sport and mobility — log any workout
- A weight trend that shows the signal, not the noise
Q reads food, training and weight together
Every paid plan includes the coach chat and a weekly review. Q reads your real logs — sessions done, calories against target, weight trend — and gives you a plain-English read on what's actually happening.
Premium adds a mid-week check-in while there's still time to act, not just a Sunday post-mortem.
- A weekly review grounded in what you actually logged
- Q checks your weight trend against your calorie estimate
- It says when the data can't answer yet, instead of inventing one
A written read on your week
Every week, Q writes you a plain-English review — what the data shows, and the one thing to change next week. Basic and Standard reviews cover your week. Premium looks back four weeks, so it can tell you whether you're trending in the right direction.
- Grounded in the week's real numbers
- One clear change, not a checklist you'll abandon
- Ask Q to explain anything in it, in a tap
Honest, not reassuring
Most apps agree with you. Q is built to tell you when your logs and your weight trend disagree, to ask about an unusual day rather than assume it was a typo, and to say plainly when a few days of data can't answer your question. It also knows what it isn't — an AI, not a doctor or a dietitian — and it says so.

Questions
What is Uquest, and who is it for?
Uquest is a food, workout and weight tracker with a built-in AI coach called Q. It's for people who are putting in the work — tracking, training, watching what they eat — and want to understand what their data actually shows. Log your meals, sessions and weight in one place, and Q reads all three together. Beginners are welcome too. You must be 18 or older to use Uquest.
My weight won't move — can Uquest help?
Uquest can show you what your logs and weight trend actually say — whether your food is tracking against your target, whether your training load is consistent, and whether the scale is reflecting a real change or just noise. Q reads the data and tells you what it can and can't conclude. It isn't a guarantee of any outcome, and Q isn't a doctor or dietitian.
Can Uquest help me gain weight?
Yes. The tracker works whether you're trying to lose, gain or hold steady. Log your food, training and weight; Q reads the trend and checks whether it lines up with your target. Your calorie and macro goal is set during onboarding based on your measurements and goal.
How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 14 days of full access to the tracker — no card needed. Q, the AI coach, is part of the paid plans and isn't included in the trial. Log your training, meals and weight and see whether it fits how you train. When the trial ends, pick a plan to keep going. Your data stays saved either way.
What can Q, the AI coach, actually do?
Q reads what you've logged — your sessions, meals and weight trend — and answers your questions with that context. Ask how your week went, whether your calories fit your training, or how to adjust when something changes. Q also writes you a weekly review. It gives honest, practical guidance, not crash diets or quick fixes, and it isn't a substitute for a doctor or licensed professional.
Which plan should I choose?
Basic gives you Q for everyday questions plus a weekly review. Standard adds more daily messages and meal photo scanning — snap your plate and get an estimate to confirm. Premium gives you the most messages, a deeper review that looks back over four weeks, and a mid-week check-in. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. See the pricing section for current prices.
Can I use Uquest on my phone?
Yes. Uquest runs in any modern browser — just open app.uquest.app on your phone and sign in. Your data syncs across every device you use. Dedicated iPhone and Android apps are on the way.
Can I install Uquest on my phone?
Yes. On iPhone, open app.uquest.app in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome, tap the menu, then Install app or Add to Home Screen. It then opens full screen, like an app.
Is Q medical advice?
No. Q is an AI coach for food and training guidance. It doesn't diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace professional medical or dietary advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating, speak to a doctor before changing your diet.
Is my data private, and can I delete it?
Your data is used to run your tracker and coaching, and we never sell it. Anonymous usage analytics are only collected if you opt in. You can delete your account at any time from your profile; you'll have 30 days to change your mind before everything is permanently removed. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
